Festival at Sea is the ORIGINAL Black Culture Cruise.

For over 32 years we have brought Cruising with African-American Twist to the Caribbean Sea. 

Thanks to our passengers we have been truly blessed to be able to bring our brand of cruising with an African-American Twist to the oceans, seas and rivers of the world since 1991. Today, the spirit of our Black culture cruise is as strong as ever as we prepare to embark on our 33rd Caribbean sailing.

In 2024 we were joined by over 2,900 of our #FASFamily to sail the Caribbean for 8-nights on the Celebrity Reflection. In 2025, we will do it again! First visiting Puerto Plata and La Romana and then heading to Curacao and Aruba before returning to our port of origin in Fort Lauderdale. The Reflection is a luxurious vessel appointed with stylish accommodations, luxury boutiques and elegant event spaces. Offering vast ocean views, it is designed in a way that accentuates the Festival at Sea experience. You can see more details about the ship here.

As you might be able to tell, we curate a jam packed itinerary that can only be described so much with words. For the rest, you have to cruise with us and experience being immersed in the camaraderie and culture to realize that the heartbeat of this cruise is not the music, the shows or the events…it is the people. That is why we have a simple honest saying for the Festival at Sea experience:

Prices are per person based on double occupancy.

A minimum $300 per person ($600 single) deposit for each person in the cabin ($600 per person double/$1,200 single for suites) is required to reserve. You must make the minimum monthly payments. Monthly payments of $300.00 per person ($600.00 per person for suites) are required every 30 days until paid in full. Single occupancy monthly payments are $600 ($1,200 for suites). Remaining balances for all cabin categories must be received no later than Apr 1st, 2025. Initial cabin deposits, as well as all subsequent payments, including hotel reservations, are nonrefundable.

Cabin prices listed are per person (based on double occupancy) and include port charges. Taxes and fees of $180.00 plus; gratuities of $144.00 per person for Standard Cabins, $148.00 per person for Concierge and Aqua Cabins and $184.00 per person for Suite Guests are additional to the Published Prices. Celebrity reserves the right to impose a fuel surcharge fleet wide for all guests. The amount of the surcharge, if necessary, shall be determined by Celebrity Cruise Lines. Festival at Sea 2025 is not an all-inclusive sailing. Triple occupancy for a third adult is on a waitlist basis only. The maximum number of adults in a cabin is 3. We cannot accommodate 4th person adults. You can request a triple or quad for children 17 and under. Once a cabin is reserved the cancellation policy applies even if you do not clear the waitlist for triple or quad occupancy. All 3rd/4th passengers have limited availability and are on request. 3rd person adult sharing with two full paying adults is $1,999 (interior, ocean-view, balcony) and $2,499 (suites) and $3,499 (premium suites). 3rd/4th children are $899 per person (0-17). Child's fare does not include showroom tickets. Single Occupancy rates are double the published price plus gratuities. Deposits and additional payments are also double the per person amount.
